Question 1

When is a receipt considered a valid receipt to enter the raffle?

Answer 1:

A receipt will be considered valid if it has the following: TIN, Date, Products bought, Total Sales Value, Official Receipt Number

Question 2:

Will I be required to upload a photo of my receipt when registering my entry to the platform?

Answer 2:

Yes, this will be required to validate your answers on the data field.

Question 3:

Will my submission still be valid/considered if the site crashes after clicking the submission button?

Answer 3:

You will receive a confirmation email if your entry has been received—please check your spam/junk folders as well. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may need to re-submit the entry to be considered.

Who is eligible to enter the promo?

Answer 4:

You are eligible to enter if the following applies to you:

• If you are a Filipino citizen
• If  you are at least 18 years-old of age
• If  you are expecting parents
• If  you are the parents/legal guardians with children up to 11 years-old

Reminder: The following will be considered ineligible winners

• If the registrant/s are below 18 years-old, non-Filipino citizens, non-expecting parents or not parents/legal guardians of kids 0-11 years-old.
• Registrants who have not sent valid and clear receipts during the promo period.
• Registrants who submit entries with incomplete information upon registration
• Winners who are found fraudulent and/or submitted incorrect information upon validation
• Winners who cannot provide the appropriate documents required for validation
• Winners who cannot follow the appropriate process needed for validation
• Winners who fail to provide appropriate documents needed for claiming of prizes
• Winners who cannot follow the appropriate procedures for claiming of prizes
• HCPs, Johnson & Johnson employees, and J&J third-party employees, per company regulations

Are multiple entries allowed?

Yes! Shoppers are allowed to upload as many entries as they can provided the entries are valid. Note that one receipt is equivalent to one entry only.

Which areas does the promo apply to?

The Ready for Baby! Raffle promo applies to Philippine-registerd retail outlet stores nationwide,

Which drugstores and/or supermarkets will hold the promo?

Answer 7:

All Philippine-registered stores are enrolled into this promo. However to increase your chances of winning, there are selected partner retailers where you can win the minor prizes (GIft Certificates worth Php50,000 each) from: Mercury Drug, South Star Drug, Rose Pharmacy, 360 Pharmacy, HB1, Baby Company, Watsons, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Puregold, Robinsons (Easymart, Robinsons Place), Rustans (The Marketplace), Waltermart, Landmark, S&R, NCCC, Metro Gaisano, Prince, Gaisano Grand, Gaisano Capital, CSI, LCC, and Citimart.

Is there a way to enter the promo other than the website?

Answer 8:

No. To register for the promo, you must access the website. www.johnsonsbaby.com.ph/readyforbaby

Question 9:

Can an expecting mother enter for both grand and minor prize?

Answer 9:

No, entries will be categorized into 2--one for expecting parents and one for parents/legal guardians with a child/children 11 years-old and below. Expecting/pregnant parents are only qualified for the grand prize. While Parents/legal guardians are only qualified for the minor prize.

Are online Johnson’s Baby products included in the promo?

Answer 10:

Yes, if purchased from any official online stores, as long as there is a valid receipt presented. This is usually given upon delivery of your products. You may contact the store regarding this.

Can I win the grand prize, even if I am not pregnant?

Answer 1:

No, grand prize is only applicable to expecting parents.

Question 2:

When will the raffle be done?

Answer

Promo duration is from Feb 1 to April 30, 2021. Winners will be drawn on May 14, 2021.

Question 3:

How will the prizes be distributed?

Answer 3:

FOR MINOR PRIZE WINNERS: Upon notification, winners of the minor prize may be able to redeem their prize in the retailer outlet where they were able to purchase their winning entry. .Upon notification and verification of winners, winners of minor prizes may be able to redeem their prize in the retailer outlet where they were able to purchase their winning entry. 

FOR GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: Notified winners will be awarded at the retail store where they purchased their products, one representative from Johnson & Johnson, one representative from the retail store, and one representative from the marketing agency will be present during the awarding.

Reminder: During the awarding of the prize, the winner will be asked bring proof of identification and confirmation sms/email, as well as to sign an acknowledgement receipt which states that he/she has received his or her prize in completion.

How will the winners be announced/reached?

Answer 4:

Winners will be contacted via phone, email for verification. Winners will also be posted on Johnson’s official Facebook page and contacted via registered mail after verification process.

What you will need to accomplish to enter the raffle?

Answer 5:

A valid entry consists of a fully accomplished registration form, a valid purchase receipt, and privacy consent opt-in. Should any element be incomplete or invalid, this will not be considered a valid entry and will not be considered as part of the raffle.

Question 6:

How will I know what kind of prize I will win?

Answer 6:

All complete entries from the online registration form will be classified into two pools: one pool containing all entries of expectant parents; another pool containing all entries of parents/legal guardians with kids. 

A company representative will contact you if you are a winner! Winners contacted by the agency via text/email must respond via sms or email within 72 hours with (1) copy of (2) government-issued IDs, (2) proof of purchase via the official, original receipt matching the winning form (bought within purchasing period), and (3) proof of pregnancy of self/legal partner for grand prize winner, or legal parenthood/guardianship (birth certificate or proof of guardianship is sufficient) for minor prize winner.  If a valid response is not given within 72 hours and the requirements submitted with the response, the prize will be forfeited, and another entry will be drawn and a qualified winner given the prize.

Question 7:

How will the winners be determined?

Answer 7:

Company and/or its agency will randomly select names from each pool. 5 Grand Prize Winners will be drawn first before proceeding to the drawing of 53 Minor Prize winners. Winners will be subject to validation and review of eligibility.

Reminder: All prizes are non-transferable to other person/s. Minor prizes cannot be converted to cash. non-cash prizes are tax-free, non-transferable, and are not convertible to cash.
